Having seen a dress I liked online, I decided to travel up from London. What a welcome I received from the lovely Elizabeth — she immediately put me at ease with her warm personality and professionalism. The original dress wasn’t for me, but I soon found my perfect one in her shop. Elizabeth is everything you’d want in a bridal retailer — passionate without being pushy, and full of good advice. I cannot thank them enough. I’ve not only got my dream dress — I now have friends in York!

This was wedding dress shop number seven for me! Elizabeth was so welcoming, with a collection of slightly alternative and unique dresses alongside classic styles. I visited alone, and she made me feel special, built up my body confidence, and was honest with her opinions. When I found a dress I liked, she helped me video-call my family to show it off. Great customer service, great value, would recommend. Thank you.

There were far more beautiful dresses to try than I’d expected, and at no point did I feel rushed, overwhelmed, or that my budget was under any pressure.
